The founder of pf Pulliam since March 2006, Pat Flesher also contributes as a Subject Matter Expert for Graham Holdings, providing direct support to the VP of Information Security and Privacy. Previous roles include Subject Matter Expert at NucoreVision, Inc., Director of Information Assurance at Management Technology, Inc., and various senior positions at VERISIGN and ARC. Throughout a distinguished career, Pat Flesher has demonstrated expertise in leading information assurance practices and delivering strategic support to organizations.

Josh serves as Managing Director, focusing on operational excellence and business growth. An accomplished Program Manager with a background in aerospace and defense, he brings extensive experience in leading high-value technical initiatives and complex resource planning. Director of Strategic Sales (Services)
Mike Disharoon knows that when a security crisis hits, paperwork shouldn’t stand in the way of a solution. As Senior Account Executive, he focuses on Rapid Deployment and Incident Response contracts, cutting out the red tape so partners get immediate access to forensic experts and vCISO leadership. Beyond crisis management, Mike helps federal and commercial clients figure out how to meet complex compliance rules without breaking the bank.

Linda Gross

Linda joins The Cybersecurity Training Academy after 40 years of civilian service, retiring from Rock Island Arsenal in 2015. Her career spans the roles of Computer Programmer, Database Manager, Systems Analyst, and Team Leader of Applications and Security for the Tank-Automotive Command.
Serving as the HQ Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) for the Joint Munitions Command, Linda spent her final years leading a team of Information System Security Officers and teaching RMF to command personnel. She received a Special Act Award in 2009 for leading a major certification effort and is a graduate of the USDA Executive Leadership Program.
